Times of Refreshing Simplicity of Eden Wellness Retreat is the perfect place for those who need health restoration. Whether your conditions are mild or chronic, the wellness retreat is our full service ministry helping you to trust in God, detoxify your body, incorporate the LIVE FREE Lifestyle, and use natural, home remedies from a biblical perspective. Our 2024 wellness retreats consist of three to eleven day retreats. The day you arrive and the day you leave is calculated as one day.
Therefore a three day wellness retreat consists of two full days, three nights, plus a partial arrival day and a partial departure day. For example, arriving Sunday afternoon or evening, you would depart Wednesday morning.
A seven day wellness retreat consists of six full days, seven nights, plus a partial arrival day and a partial departure day. For example, arriving Sunday afternoon or evening, you would depart the following Sunday morning.
An eleven day wellness retreat consists of ten full days, eleven nights, plus a partial arrival day and a partial departure day For example, arriving Sunday afternoon or evening, you would depart on Thursday of the following week.
We provide large amounts of fresh, organic vegetable juices; hydrotherapy; herbal remedies; devotions and health classes; personal health coaching; nutritious and delicious, plant-based meals; and a healing environment amidst the beauty of nature. We also provide one month of herbs upon departure for those who are coming for the eleven day retreat.
We recommend fasting on juices during the first period of your retreat. You would then transition to a whole food, plant-based diet. For longer retreats, we recommend that your transition be with raw foods before migrating to cook foods.

We have comfortable accommodations and guests bring what they would usually take to a hotel. Our prices include all the healthy, organic juices, nutritional supplements, plant-based meals, therapy, education, counseling and one month of herbs upon departure for guests who stay for eleven days.

We allow our guests to contact us and schedule their own retreats. Unless other arrangements are made, the arrival day for each retreat is a Sunday. The minimum number of days is three and the maximum is eleven. We schedule retreats on a first come – first served basis. If you know what dates work best for you, contact us, and we will schedule you if we can accommodate your dates.
For scheduling purposes, it is inconvenient and difficult to accommodage Saturday departures. Therefore a six day retreat will not work because the departure day would be a Saturday. A five or seven day retreat will work fine as the departure day is Friday or Sunday.
Saturday is a special day and is devoted to nature walks, personal talks and worship. There are no scheduled treatments on Saturday. However, we may do treatments if necessary to relieve suffering.
Pricing:
The price per day is $340. This should be calculated times the number of days you would like to be in retreat. Keep in mind that the arrival day and departure day combine to make one day. A three day retreat costs $1020 per person. Using this formula, you can calculate the price of your retreat based upon how many days you schedule. Again, the maximum number of days is elven. Once you commit to a retreat, there is no refund if you leave early. Most people want to stay longer!
