Retreat Application

Start by scheduling your retreat.  It may be helpful to have at least two alternative dates in case your original date is already taken.  Call us at 706-897-8537 to schedule your retreat.  

Once it is determined that the date is available, fill out the application below.   You will need to pay a $500, non-refundable deposit to hold your space.  That can be paid using the form below with a credit or debit card,  or it can be paid using Zelle, Cashapp, Applepay, Venmo, or Paypal.  A check may also be used, but be aware that it may take days before the check arrives which may delay the official scheduling of your retreat.

Once your deposit is paid,  your retreat is officially scheduled.  The form below includes a health assessment so we can be prepared to help you in your wellness journey.   You can use the same phone number above if you have any health questions.
