¾ Cup of Honey
¼ Cup of Lemon Juice
1/3Â Tsp Peppermint Oil
A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 oz Bottle of Lobelia Tincture
Mix all ingredients, take one 1 tsp whenever you get a craving. Â
Continually pray and ask God to give you the victory as you cooperate with Him.
Take contrast showers daily. 3 minutes hot followed by 30 seconds cold. Do three rotations to make one treatment. Then rest for 30 minutes.
Eat 2 to 3 meals a day with lots of fruits and vegetables. Â
Eliminating sugar and caffeine will help you overcome the cravings for cigarettes.
Drink lots of water. You intake should be your weight divided by 2 in ounces.  If you weigh 200 pounds, drink 100 ounces of water. Do not drink with or too close to your meals. Do not drink within 1 hour before and 1 hour after each meal. Drinking too close to meals waters down your digestive juices and hinders digestion. This leads to constipation, gas, indigestion and heartburn.
If you have sugar restrictions such as candida or diabetes, use agave nectar instead of honey.
Take contrast showers (3 min. hot followed by 30 seconds cold) in at least 3 repetitions per shower. Alternately, do 1 min. hot followed by 10 seconds cold with at least 3 repetitions.
