You can pay via Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Cash, PayPal email address, and Facebook Pay.  Fill out the form below with your name, address, and email.  Then indicate whether you want your copy or copies autographed at no extra charge.  If you are ordering more than one copy, be sure to indicate the names and addresses of the other recipients.  If you are using a current coupon code, put that in the form as well.  Finally put the total you will be sending and the method.
